Privacy Policy

Last Updated: July 3, 2026

We are committed to protecting your personal information and your right to privacy. If you have questions or concerns about this policy or our data practices, contact us at support@ultra-labs.com.

When you visit ultra-labs.com (including the book preorder page at ultra-labs.com/book) and use our services, you trust us with your personal information. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have. This policy applies to all information collected through the Service, and any related sales, marketing, or events (collectively, the “Services”).

Who is responsible for your data? The Service is jointly operated by two data controllers, in accordance with Article 26 GDPR:

  • Dr. Christian Poensgen (sole proprietorship, operating under the brand ‘Ultra Labs’, Kitschburger Str. 222, 50933 Cologne, Germany), which operates the ultra-labs.com website, hosts the site (via Raidboxes), collects preorder bonus form submissions, manages newsletter subscriber lists, and runs Google Analytics on the site. Ultra Labs' primary contact for data protection matters is Dr. Christian Poensgen, based in Cologne, Germany, who also serves as the primary EU/UK point of contact given his EU location and role in hosting the site.
  • Eric Partaker & Company, a UK-registered entity (3 Samara Place, SW20 9AP, London, UK), which manages the newsletter subscriber lists via its Kit account and processes launch workshop registrations via AddCal and its Zoom account, insofar as those signups occur on Eric's accounts.

Both entities are described together as “we,” “us,” or “our” in this policy.

1. What Information Do We Collect?

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us, including:

  • Name and email address, when you sign up for the newsletter directly
  • Name, email address, and any message details, when you contact the Authors about coaching, speaking, or book orders
  • Name, email address, and evidence that a book sale has occurred, when you submit the preorder bonus form at ultra-labs.com/book
  • Registration details (name, email address) submitted to our workshop registration provider, AddCal, when you sign up for the launch workshop or any related workshops or events

We also automatically collect certain information when you visit the Service, including IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, time spent on pages, and referring URLs, via Google Analytics (see Section 6).

We do not collect payment card information, as the Book is purchased through third-party retailers, not directly through the Service.

2. How Do We Use Your Information?

We use the information we collect for the following purposes, relying on the legal bases indicated (consent, legitimate interests, performance of a contract, or legal obligation, as applicable):

  • To send the preorder bonus access email, including instructions for the Peak Performance Program, the Ultraproductive Accelerator program (where seats remain available), digital bonus materials, and other bonuses as available — performance of a contract / your consent
  • To enroll you in and send you our newsletters, The CEO Coach and Beyond Productivity — your consent, given via the checkbox described in Section 3
  • To process your registration for the launch workshop via AddCal and provide Zoom access — performance of a contract
  • To respond to inquiries about coaching, speaking, or book orders — legitimate interests
  • To analyze site usage and improve the Service, using aggregated, largely anonymized data from Google Analytics — legitimate interests
  • To verify eligibility for limited-quantity bonuses and prevent fraud or abuse — legitimate interests
  • To comply with legal obligations

We will not use your personal information for purposes materially different from those described here without obtaining your consent.

3. Preorder Bonuses, Newsletter Enrollment, and Consent

The preorder bonus form at ultra-labs.com/book includes a consent checkbox that you must affirmatively check before submitting your email address. By checking this box, you consent to:

  • Receive the preorder bonus access email
  • Be enrolled in both The CEO Coach and Beyond Productivity newsletters
  • Have your information processed by our email service provider, Kit, for these purposes

You may withdraw this consent and unsubscribe from either or both newsletters at any time, using the unsubscribe link included in every email, or by contacting us at support@ultra-labs.com or eric@ericpartaker.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal, and does not automatically delete other records we hold (such as bonus fulfillment records) — see Section 10 to request deletion.

Entry to the Ultraproductive Accelerator program is limited to the first 5,000 sign-ups. We display a counter on the Service reflecting seats claimed; we process sign-up timestamps to determine eligibility for this limited offer.

4. Will Your Information Be Shared With Anyone?

We may process or share your data based on the following legal bases: your consent; our legitimate interests; performance of a contract with you; or a legal obligation requiring disclosure (e.g., in response to a court order, subpoena, or governmental request). We may also disclose information where necessary to investigate or prevent fraud, policy violations, or threats to safety, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of company assets.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for their own promotional purposes.

5. Who Will Your Information Be Shared With?

We share information with the following categories of third-party service providers, each acting as a data processor on behalf of the relevant controller (Ultra Labs or Eric Partaker & Company, as noted) under contractual terms limiting their use of your data to instructions from that controller:

  • Email delivery and newsletter management (processed via Eric Partaker & Company's account): Kit
  • Web analytics (processed via Ultra Labs): Google Analytics
  • Workshop registration (processed via Eric Partaker & Company's account): AddCal
  • Workshop hosting (processed via Eric Partaker & Company's account): Zoom
  • Website hosting (Ultra Labs): Raidboxes

If you have provided consent for a specific processing activity and wish to withdraw it, contact us using the details in Section 16.

6. Do We Use Cookies and Other Tracking Technologies?

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies (such as pixels) for analytics purposes, via Google Analytics. For visitors in the EEA, UK, and other jurisdictions requiring prior consent for non-essential cookies, we display a cookie consent mechanism before non-essential cookies (including Google Analytics cookies) are set. You can also control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect Service functionality.

7. How Long Do We Keep Your Information?

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law (e.g., tax or accounting obligations). When retention is no longer necessary, we delete or anonymize the information, or, where immediate deletion is not possible (e.g., backup archives), we isolate it from further processing until deletion is possible.

8. How Do We Keep Your Information Safe?

We use reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect your personal information. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security; transmission of information to and from the Service is at your own risk.

9. Do We Collect Information From Minors?

We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18. By using the Service, you represent that you are at least 18, or that you are a parent or guardian consenting on behalf of a minor dependent. If we learn we have collected personal information from a user under 18 without appropriate consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. If you believe a minor has provided us with information, contact us at support@ultra-labs.com.

10. What Are Your Privacy Rights?

In some regions (like the European Economic Area), you have certain rights under applicable data protection laws. These may include the right (i) to request access and obtain a copy of your personal information, (ii) to request rectification or erasure; (iii) to restrict the processing of your personal information; and (iv) if applicable, to data portability. In certain circumstances, you may also have the right to object to the processing of your personal information. To make such a request, please use the contact details provided below. We will consider and act upon any request in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

If we are relying on your consent to process your personal information, you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. Please note however that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal.

If you are resident in the European Economic Area and you believe we are unlawfully processing your personal information, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection supervisory authority. You can find their contact details here.

Cookies and similar technologies: Most web browsers are set to accept cookies by default. If you prefer, you can usually choose to set your browser to remove cookies and to reject cookies. If you choose to remove cookies or reject cookies, this could affect certain features or services of our Services.

11. Data Breach

A data breach occurs when there is unauthorized access to, collection, use, disclosure, or disposal of personal information. If we become aware of a breach that poses a risk to your rights or freedoms (e.g., risk of financial or other harm), we will investigate promptly and, where legally required, notify the applicable supervisory authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of it, and notify affected individuals where required by law.

12. Controls for Do-Not-Track Features

Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track (“DNT”) feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. No uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy policy.

13. Do California Residents Have Specific Privacy Rights?

California residents may have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell personal information as defined under the CCPA.

Under California's “Shine the Light” law (Cal. Civil Code § 1798.83), California residents may request, once per year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information we disclosed to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, contact us using the details in Section 16.

14. International Data Transfers

The Service is accessible internationally. Because our service providers (Kit, Google Analytics, AddCal, Zoom) may process data outside your country of residence, including in the United States, your information may be transferred internationally.

15. Do We Make Updates to This Policy?

We may update this policy from time to time. Updates will be reflected by a new “Last Updated” date above, and we will notify you of material changes by posting a prominent notice on the Service or, where appropriate, by direct notification. We encourage you to review this privacy policy frequently to be informed of how we are protecting your information.

16. How Can You Contact Us About This Policy?

Questions or requests regarding this policy, including requests to access, correct, or delete your personal information, can be directed to either joint controller:
