Please read these Terms of Service (“Terms”) carefully before using the website located at ultra-labs.com, including the book preorder page at ultra-labs.com/book (collectively, the “Service”). The Service is operated by Dr. Christian Poensgen (sole proprietorship, Kitschburger Str. 222, 50933 Cologne, Germany), operating under the brand Ultra Labs. The newsletter subscriptions and launch workshop registration/hosting referenced below are administered by Ultra Labs and Eric Partaker & Company (3 Samara Place, SW20 9AP, London, UK), using their own Kit and Zoom accounts. Ultra Labs and Eric Partaker & Company are referred to together as “we,” “us,” or “our” in these Terms, except where a specific function is attributed to one party.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access or use the Service.

The Book itself is sold by third-party retailers (e.g., Amazon, Barnes & Noble, or similar), not by us directly. We do not process book purchase payments, and we are not responsible for order fulfillment, shipping, pricing, or payment issues related to your purchase of the Book — those are governed by the applicable retailer's own terms and policies.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. The Service is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children.
The Service is accessible internationally. You are responsible for compliance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, including data protection and import/export laws.
To claim preorder bonuses, you must submit proof of preorder (or otherwise complete the form) at ultra-labs.com/book. Bonus claims must be submitted by November 30, 2026. Upon submission, we will email bonus access instructions to the email address you provide. Current preorder bonuses may include:
Entry to the Ultraproductive Accelerator program is limited to the first 5,000 sign-ups and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. We display a counter on the Service showing how many seats have been claimed; this counter is provided for convenience and does not itself constitute a guarantee of remaining availability at the moment you submit the form. We do not guarantee availability and reserve the right to close, modify, substitute, or discontinue any bonus offer at any time, including after you have preordered the Book, without liability to you. If a bonus becomes unavailable, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you and, where possible, offer a substitute.
We reserve the right to request reasonable evidence that a book sale has occurred before granting access to bonuses, and to deny or revoke access if we determine, in our reasonable discretion, that the requirements have not been met or that the offer is being abused (e.g., duplicate or fraudulent entries).
The preorder bonus form includes a consent checkbox that you must affirmatively check when submitting your email address. By checking that box and submitting the form, you agree to be enrolled in both of the Authors' newsletters — The CEO Coach and Beyond Productivity — and to receive the preorder bonus access email. You may unsubscribe from either or both newsletters, and from other marketing communications, at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at support@ultra-labs.com or eric@ericpartaker.com. Unsubscribing from the newsletters does not affect your access to bonuses already granted, but may affect your ability to receive future related communications (e.g., workshop reminders).
The launch workshop is hosted on Zoom and requires separate registration through AddCal. Your use of Zoom and AddCal in connection with the workshop is also subject to those providers' own terms of service and privacy policies.
Content available through the Service — including the Book, the Peak Performance Program, the Ultraproductive Accelerator program, the launch workshop, newsletters, and any coaching or speaking engagements — is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute professional, business, financial, legal, medical, or psychological advice, and no coach-client, advisor-client, or similar professional relationship is created by your use of the Service. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on this content.
The Service and its original content — including text, graphics, logos, the Book excerpts, and preorder bonus materials — are owned by Dr. Christian Poensgen or his licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Bonus materials are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only; you may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, or publicly share them without our prior written consent.

The Service uses or links to third-party services, including but not limited to Kit (email delivery and newsletter management), Google Analytics (site analytics), AddCal (workshop registration), and Zoom (workshop hosting). These third parties operate under their own terms and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, security practices, or availability of third-party services or websites linked from the Service.
The Service, the Book, and all related content and bonuses are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any bonus will remain available.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dr. Christian Poensgen and Eric Partaker & Company and their officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, the Book, or any bonus, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us directly for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (which, for most users, will be $0, as the Book is purchased through third-party retailers).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dr. Christian Poensgen and Eric Partaker & Company and their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, including any bonus access, at any time, for any reason, including breach of these Terms, without prior notice or liability.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, and without regard to the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Germany for the resolution of any disputes.
We may modify these Terms at any time. We will update the “Last Updated” date above when we do. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
